How to solve this problem black money and corruption

1. • Instead of going through all these ordeals which is a waste of time and energy
   • And to concentrate on the constructive side of the Development of India and Indians as a whole.
   • This is a common man's suggestion and opinion
   • Immediately open a fund in the name of "" India development fund"
   • issue irredeemable certificates of deposit with a minimum interest of 2 percent
   • make it transferable by endorsement and delivery.
   • Any one holding the the C.d, can get only the benefit of interest as on date.
   • no question should be asked as to the origin.
   • No Govt. authority or the Supreme court or any one including CBI must interfere.
   • The money of the Scamsters and black marketeers can be with the Govt.
   • This can be utilised for developmental purposes of the country and not of the Individual.
   • Thus allow all the black money and money held abroad can be brought back in the tills of the govt.
   • Then the officers who are cooperating with the individual must be put behind bars for three years
   • And not allowed to join any organisation and
   • those who help these people (scamsters,black marketeers) whether they belong to the legal or accounting faculty
   • must also be taken to task.
   • this way I think we can save a lot of work of the JPC or any other body.
   • Which is again taking us away from the constructive and creative way and manner
   • We want India to lead all the nations
